I blindly chose Wagner off Google’s list. Placed my order on line, which went smoothly. Called to follow up the next morning and was pleased to talk with Tracy (I think) who had just processed my order. She reassured me the special instructions would be kept in mind and expressed her sympathy to me. The next day, I received a call from the delivery person, who was understanding and patient as I searched for a recipient’s contact and inadvertently disconnected our call. I simply called back the number from which I received the call and he answered. Needless to say, both Tracy and the deliverer were personable and helpful. I believe I made a very right choice of Somerville florists.
